Regulations

  1. The resort is not responsible for valuables and cash left in the cottages, so please take due care related to locking windows and doors when leaving the cottage.
  2. On the premises of the Resort, please observe the silence of the night from 22.00 to 6.00.
    Our Resort accepts animals, therefore, the Owner asks you to take precautions on its premises.
    In the area for common use it is mandatory to fasten the animal on a leash .
    Any person walking a pet is obliged to protect the areas for common use from pollution.
  3. Persons disrupting the peace, order or using the entrusted property in a manner inconsistent with the rules and regulations may be removed from it without the right to any refund of fees previously paid and any compensation.
    Behavior that may blatantly disturb the peaceful stay of other guests is prohibited on the premises,
  4. The resort reserves the right to refuse accommodation to persons:
    – about whose stay they have not been adequately warned in advance and to which they have not consented before their arrival,
    – under the visible influence of alcohol or intoxicants,
    – who behave aggressively, in a manner generally considered vulgar.
  5. The stay of children and adolescents under the age of 18, on the playground and trampoline, is allowed only under the supervision of adults, who take full responsibility for their actions, as well as for any consequences of these actions and for the situations that occur on the premises of the Center.
    On the playground and trampoline, guests with children agree to abide by all rules and regulations for the use of the playground and existing equipment there.
  6. The resort is not responsible for inconveniences caused by reasons beyond its control, such as power or water outages, or lack of TV or Wi-Fi signal, etc.
  7. It is forbidden to use your own electrical appliances, gas cylinders, electric grills, etc., or any additional appliances (in addition to the existing ones) in the cottages without the consent of the owners.
  8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the cottages.
    (In case of violation of this prohibition, a fee of 800 PLN will be added to the bill for the elimination of the resulting odors).
  9. Reception of persons who are not Guests of the Resort, may take place only after prior notice to the Owners of the Resort and with their consent, with the proviso that the Owners of the Resort have the right to refuse to receive such persons by Guests of the Resort, as well as to expel from its premises persons whose presence has not been established in advance and to which they have not consented.
  10. The rules and regulations of the resort are made known through individual familiarization by the customer at the time of booking activities.
  11. Guests using the services of the Resort agree to comply with the provisions of these regulations.
